Keto Low Carb Spiced Vanilla Milkshake

Not only is this keto low carb spiced vanilla milkshake delicious. It’s good for you. Low carb alone makes it better than your average shake, but this milkshake has the healing properties of turmeric.

Turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger give this shake a unique flavor to tantalize your taste buds.  It’s also filling enough to drink as a meal replacement. If you want to try a different take on low carb shakes, this is the one to try. Even though it’s a spiced vanilla, the turmeric give this shake an orange color.

Spiced Vanilla Milkshake

Serves: 1
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (canned)
1 Cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
½ Tsp Turmeric
½ Tsp Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Stevia
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice and enjoy!
