SNACK IDEAS

We’ve listed some great snack ideas to keep you full and keep you on track. Just remember to count the carb intake on your snacks.

  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Berries with whipped cream
  • Chocolate fat bombs
  • Deli meat (turkey, chicken, ham, etc.)
  • Pork rinds
  • Celery with cream cheese (be sure to check the label on flavored cream cheese, it can be high in carbs)
  • Smoked salmon with cream cheese
  • Cheese (slices, sticks, string, cube)
  • Nuts (keep to a minimum)
  • Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc., also watch your intake as the carbs can add up fast)
  • Blueberries & full-fat cottage cheese
  • Chicken wings
  • Pickles
  • Avocado with salsa
  • Olives, plain or stuffed with soft cheese
  • Cream cheese & turkey roll ups
  • Unsweetened toasted coconut chips
  • Cucumber sticks
  • Mushrooms
  • Chicken or beef bone broth (great for curbing Keto Flu)
  • Baked cheese crisps
  • Zucchini
  • Deviled eggs
  • Raw veggies with (low-carb) dip
  • Bulletproof coffee
  • Bell pepper sticks
  • Keto smoothies
  • Pepperoni (bake slices until crisp)
  • Tomato slices with tuna salad

  • Beef sticks or jerky (check to be sure it’s under 3 carbs per serving)

  • Keto cheesecake
  • Coleslaw made with sugar-free sweetener or low-carb raspberry dressing (Skinny Girl dressing is amazing)
  • Keto flavored cream cheese (add ½ teaspoon of sugar-free Jell-O to cream cheese and blend, add more if you want a stronger flavor)
  • Keto flavored full-fat cottage cheese (with Cool Whip) (add ½ teaspoon of sugar-free Jell-O to cream cheese and blend, add more if you want a stronger flavor)
